Services Provided

I provide a wide range of valuation services to clients, including narrative appraisals of commercial and industrial properties which are located within the Tampa Bay Metropolitan Market Area. In addition, I also offer the preparation of varied valuation studies and provide expert witness testimony and services, litigation support services, and commercial real estate appraisal reviews. 


My fees are frequently less than those of my competitors for a few simple reasons:


1.  I do not need to split fees with trainees or others, because I work alone;


2.  I "stay in my lane" in terms of my geographic boundaries, and in terms of the types of properties that I appraise, so I'm not spending exorbitant amounts of time in starting my market research from scratch; and


3.  I have a number of strategic alliances with brokers and market participants within this market, which saves me time.


Although I do not typically appraise single family dwellings, in some instances, I do provide such services, although those assignments are generally related to litigation or potential litigation which would include expert witness testimony.
