Commercial Real Estate Appraisal in Tampa
Commercial Real Estate Appraisal in Tampa
The company was founded in May of 1996 by William H. Martin, Jr., MAI, and this company has been my solo appraisal practice since inception, covering the Tampa Bay Metropolitan market area (primarily Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, and Polk counties).
My experience in commercial real estate appraisal spans more than 38-years, and during that time, I have worked as a commercial real estate appraiser, as a review appraiser and as an appraisal manager for a large, federally-regulated financial institution.
Although the scope of my experience is very broad and geographically diverse, the vast majority of my assignments are located in the Tampa Bay Metropolitan market area, and most of my appraisal assignments are in the following property types:
• Office Buildings (Medical, Professional, Office Condominium Units…)
• Light Industrial Properties (up to 100,000± SF)
• Retail Properties (up to about 40,000± SF)
• Office / Warehouses
• Apartment Complexes (up to about 100 units)
• Auto Repair Shops
• Churches
• Daycare Centers
• Mobile Home Parks
• Vacant Land (Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural)
Given the limited geographic boundaries of my practice and the finite number of property types I appraise, I am able to stay in touch with the pulse of the local market for these market segments.
